1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using HomeRadar (“the Service”), operated at homeradar.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

HomeRadar is operated from Ireland. These terms are governed by Irish law.

2. Service description

HomeRadar is an AI-powered rental listing scanner for Ireland. The Service is currently in early access, during which we collect information about the rental market and user needs to shape the product. When fully launched, the Service will scan rental platforms, alert users to new listings, and generate personalised application messages.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, available, or free from scams. HomeRadar is a tool to assist your search — it is not a letting agent, estate agent, or property intermediary.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using HomeRadar, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your email and account

To register your interest, you provide your email address. You are responsible for providing an accurate email and for any activity associated with it. We may send you service-related emails (registration confirmation, product updates, and communications you opted into).

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing privacy@homeradar.tech.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended functionality.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, and design of the Service are owned by HomeRadar or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

AI-generated application messages produced by the Service are provided for your personal use in applying for rental properties. You own the final version of any message you send.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, HomeRadar and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Missed rental listings or failed applications.
• Inaccurate listing data sourced from third-party platforms.
• Losses resulting from scam listings.
• Service downtime or interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

8. Disclaimers

HomeRadar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information. We are not responsible for the actions of landlords, estate agents, or other third parties. The scam detection and price evaluation features are provided as guidance only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@homeradar.tech.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
